Weight loss usually concerns itself with "not eating" rather than "eating", but as I have come to experience myself, this is simply not the right approach. I tried a lot of methods that were borderline starvation but never did a lot of progress - and even worse, when I finally gave up, I would start eating so much that I'd gain the few pounds I had lost, and then some more.

By following a diet that was nutritious and had something from every food group, and a specialized workout routine (that had nothing to do with treadmills) I was able to lose 40 pounds in only 6 weeks. It was an amazing experience!
